We have two off-year races for the Nelson County Board of Supervisors. Supervisors Connie Brennan and Allen Hale are both running for re-election. Our local candidates rely entirely on your support!

Saturday, July 4, 2009 11AM - Nelson County Fourth of July Parade:

The annual Fourth of July Parade takes place in Lovingston on Front Street - come on out and march with the Nelson County Democrats in support of all our candidates, particularly our local BOS candidates.

Wednesday, July 8, 2009 7PM - Nelson County Democrats Meeting:
We have a meeting scheduled for Wednesday at the library in Lovingston. Please come out and participate, and please send agenda items to Janet Hunter, preferably by Monday, July 6.

Voting Information

Polling Places Look up your polling place online at the Virginia State Board of Elections Web Site.	Registration Information You can't vote unless you are registered. You can find online registration information at the Virginia State Board of Elections Web Site.
Absentee voting If you are out of town on an election day, or will be soon and must communicate by mail, please allow at least two weeks before the election to start the mailing process as the mail exchange will require that long, at least. Your vote is very important. Please don't miss the opportunity to VOTE DEMOCRATIC!
