Sounds like an Oxymoron? well... it isn't often that you hear "delightful" and "phonebank" in the same sentence, but nevertheless it was fun!. Maybe it was the pizza? Maybe it was the beer? Or maybe it was the very friendly Democrats we chatted with. Regardless, it was a successful and revitalizing evening!

Patrick Hanley, from the Obama Campaign, came to help get us started with the scripts we would need.

Me? I just brought the pizza... and beer. [:)]

For this phonebank, we mainly called Democrats, and we were gratified to find many of us ready, willing and able to help out as the campaign season gets under way.

I watched Michelle's and Barack's campaign kickoff speach yesterday. It is wonderful to see the fire back in his eyes and back in his belly!

For a much shorter video, this one is about Edith Childs. She's the little old lady that so famously got Barack Obama "Fired up and Ready to go" on a lousy rainy day back in 2007. She is a very sweet person.
